Coronavirus update for customers

This update follows the Prime Ministers announcement of new national restrictions in response to the rise to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, effective from 5th January 2021.

GENeco's priority is to keep our employees, customers and wider community safe by continuing to comply with the Government guidance on how to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are continuously monitoring the impact that this is having on our business and are working hard to mitigate any potential service disruption so that we can continue to deliver essential services to our customers.

The measures that were put in place at the start of the pandemic have meant that there has been no loss of service to our customers as a result of the virus. We continue to engage with our customers affected by the new restrictions to ensure that we continue to meet the changing needs of their business.

In line with Government guidance, we have made arrangements for employees to work from home where their role allows. We will continue to ensure social distancing and the other mitigation measures are adhered to across all of our operations and reviewed to ensure that we remain COVID-19 secure.

If you have any queries or need to discuss your waste collections or waste treatment then please contact us via info@geneco.uk.com or call the customer team on 01225 524560.
