Wesley joined GENeco back in 2014 as a chemical engineer and has been working in the process team.

Through Wessex Water’s company professional development support scheme, Wesley was mentored by senior process engineer Eunie Lee.

Wesley said: "I have been working towards my IChemE chartership through the Wessex Water mentorship programme for the last four years.

"I am grateful to Eunie Lee, my IChemE mentor for all the guidance she has provided me throughout my chartership journey. I'm also grateful for the professional development opportunities I have been given within GENeco to achieve chartership with IChemE."
