Operation Director / Management Team

Sean Hill

"Being director of waste management allows me to offer GENeco's excellent sustainable services to a huge range of clients. The success of our business has been built on a fantastic team delivering exemplary service. It makes the company a great place to work."

Day to day, Sean's activity is focused around making sure that all of our business aims are aligned with customers' and stakeholders' needs. Growing the business and developing new services are key areas of Sean's interest.

Sean's work background originated in agriculture, ranging from fertiliser trading through to lime and chalk quarrying. Subsequently working in biosolids sales and contract management led to his roles developing in Wessex Water and GENeco. His aim is to see GENeco become the leading name in sustainable waste management and renewable energy production.

Sean is currently balancing work activities with embracing the challenge of bringing up twin girls, and growing spectacular vegetables on his allotment.
